I was looking for a good dentist for my family and I. Booked an appointment online over the weekend and was contacted by Kathleen on Monday to confirm a day and time. I was able to get an appointment the following day (Tuesday) which was great. Met with Dr Sahi and discussed what my dental concerns were. She provided me with advice and her recommendations to address. Costs and options were explained to me before treatment commenced so I knew how much the bill would be. I appreciate knowing this cost upfront so there are no surprises later. With my private health insurance the overall cost was very reasonable. Dr Sahi made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment and she was happy to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the end result and have booked a follow-up appointment in 6 months. The customer service provided to me from the mydentistdrouin team was excellent and I will be bringing my family here in future. I would definitely recommend their services.
